Can I make changes if my order has not shipped?
Yes, if your order has not been shipped, you are welcomed to make any changes or cancellations. You may make your changes via email at support@kellyswesternwear.com or by phone at (956) 729-1126.


Can I return or exchange merchandise?
At Kelly's Western Wear we work hard to provide the best service to our customers. Please feel free to return the item for an exchange/refund (see Returns & Exchanges).


Returns and Exchanges

If the item did not fit your or for any reason you wish to return it email us at support@kellyswesternwear.com or call us at (956) 729-1126 to let us know if it is an exchange or a return and to receive your return number. The item must be in perfect condition (unwashed, unworn, tags, packaging, etc). boots must also be in perfect condition and the soles must not be scratched.

Please include your return number and order number in the package. Once we receive the item and confirm it is in perfect condition we will exchange it or issue a refund. Unless otherwise specified, you will be charged for the shipping of the new item. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
